Pre-sale Policy

Overview

This booking system offers customers the service of placing orders for products before they are physically in stock. Starting from the purchase date, orders will enter the processing phase and be scheduled for shipment two months later.

Definition of Pre-sale Products

Pre-sale products refer to items that are still in the production stage at the time of customer placement of an order and have not yet arrived at our warehouse for stocking. After completing the checkout process, customers are kindly requested to confirm that the purchased products are in a pre-sale status. Given the unique nature of pre-sale products, there may be some variability in their delivery times.

Advantages of Pre-sale Products

By choosing to pre-order products, customers can secure their desired sizes or styles, effectively avoiding the risk of products being out of stock upon arrival due to high demand. Considering that some popular products may receive multiple orders and could even sell out before they actually arrive, pre-ordering is a wise choice to ensure a successful purchase.

Explanation of Delays in Pre-sale Products

(1) Reasons for Delays

Our product collections are renowned for their uniqueness, and the production process involves multiple complex and sequential production and processing steps. The entire production flow proceeds in a linear manner. Despite our strict quality control measures, it is still impossible to completely rule out the possibility of errors occurring during the production process, which may subsequently lead to delays.

(2) Notification Mechanism

In the event of a delay in the delivery of pre-sale products, our customer service team will promptly contact the customer to inform them of the delay and provide an estimated resolution time.

Policy for Combining In-stock and Pre-sale Products in Purchases

(1) Separate Orders

Customers have the option to create two independent orders: one for in-stock products and another for pre-sale products. In-stock products will be shipped according to our established shipping time policy, independent of the pre-sale products.

(2) Combined Order Processing

Customers may also choose to combine in-stock and pre-sale products into a single order for purchase. In this case, the entire order will be temporarily held until the pre-sale products arrive, at which point it will be shipped in its entirety.

Policy for Canceling Pre-sale Product Orders

Policy for Modifying Pre-sale Product Orders

(1) Modification Time Limit

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of order submission to make changes to their order information, including but not limited to key details such as product color, size, shipping address, and phone number.

(2) Restrictions

If an order has already entered the shipping process, no further modifications to the order information can be made. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully review all relevant information before submitting their orders to ensure accuracy.
